Open Farm Community (OFC) Introduces 11 Locally-sourced Dishes For Locavores

Spa Esprit Group’s urban farm-dining concept, co-created by chef-owner of Tippling Club Ryan Clift and Edible Garden City, boasts farm-to-table ingredients in the dishes.

Open Farm Community, the latest dining concept by the Spa Esprit Group in collaboration with Tippling Club’s chef-owner Ryan Clift and Edible Garden City, has unveiled a new 11-dish menu. The dishes are made with farm-fresh ingredients sourced from local farms and Open Farm Community’s own urban farm, such as the sweet corn and basil soup and coconut laksa barramundi with crushed potato cake and bak choy.
