Italian dining establishment and G Restaurant Awards 2016 Award of Excellence recipient Zafferano will be hosting a five-course dinner paired with Felsina wines for one night only on Jun 18, 7.30pm. The dinner will feature dishes such as poached and pan-seared octopus with chick pea puree and roasted pearl onions and creamy caramel dome with passion fruit jelly and raspberry coulis, each paired with different Felsina wines.
