Elyx Life has launched at Raffles Hotel Arcade as Singapore’s first concierge longevity service, offering an end-to-end wellness model designed to support members — even when they are overseas. Positioned at the ultra-premium end of the market, the service operates on an appointment-only basis, with annual memberships priced at US$150,000 (approximately SG$190,000).

Rather than focusing on individual treatments, the company centres its offering on a holistic longevity programme aimed at optimising overall health and wellbeing. The goal is to align physiological systems into a coherent whole, rather than addressing issues in isolation.

“Today, there is no systemic solution to the question: How do I maximize my health?” shares Peng T. Ong, Co-founder and Chair of Elyx Life. “We built Elyx to answer that for each person. We find the latest scientifically rigorous, evidence-based knowledge relevant to members, and help them implement protocols that keep them in the best of health.”

A peek backstage

A defining feature of Elyx Life’s model is its emphasis on coordination, be it intellectual or operational. The company maintains a dedicated research team that works with an AI Healthspan Co-Pilot.

The AI does not diagnose, prescribe or replace clinicians. Instead, it is meant to help the care team to prioritise interventions; it helps organise evidence so the team is able to focus on what is most relevant to each individual. As a domain-specific model, it organises and summarises evidence from relevant emerging summaries, and helps Elyx’s experts stay up-to-date with the medical and wellness field.

Members are also given access to a version of this system. This allows them to explore health topics directly and better understand emerging trends while weighing them against available evidence.

Execution of each member’s programme is handled by a concierge team (hence the emphasis Elyx places on being a “concierge longevity service”), which coordinates care across Elyx’s network of professionals. These include physicians, wellness directors, personal trainers, nutritionists, physiotherapists, podiatrists, psychologists and nurses.

Prescribed sessions are covered under the membership and organised for members. AI is also used operationally to assist this team. It synthesises inputs across diagnostics, lifestyle data and specialist recommendations, with the aim of reducing logistical friction and freeing up mental bandwidth for members.

User journey

A typical member journey begins with comprehensive health decoding to establish a physiological baseline, followed by personalised protocol design across seven pillars: Diagnostics, Nutrition, Sleep, Movement, Mind, Therapies and Supplementation. This is supported by continuous monitoring, quarterly reassessments and ongoing calibration as physiology adapts and performance evolves, all under physician-guided care informed by advanced diagnostics and tracking.

“At Elyx, we begin with an extensive diagnostic layer designed to reduce unknowns and build a complete understanding of a member’s health,” explained the company when reached for comment.

“We pair diagnostics with three additional layers. First, access to a dedicated space at our Raffles flagship where members can carry out their protocols. Second, a full Circle of Experts that both guides and delivers the interventions themselves. Third, coordinated longitudinal care so everything works as one programme rather than separate appointments.”

Notably, Elyx Life opened next door to Elyx Medical, a licensed medical clinic and the company’s preferred partner. Since Elyx Life is a wellness and medical service, Elyx Medical supplements its neighbour needs with clinical diagnostics and medical-specific oversight. For other needs, the company may also draw on diagnostics from external partner imaging centres locally or overseas, allowing the programme to remain personalised while staying within regulatory boundaries.

Together, these elements position Elyx Life as an interesting concierge-led longevity platform designed to manage health as an ongoing, integrated process, with minimal administrative and mental burden placed on members.
