A new chapter in Singapore’s luxury lifestyle landscape begins with the opening of Madison House, a private members’ club by Sunset Hospitality Group, at Fort Canning. Tastefully decorated with contemporary sophistication and grounded with local flourishes, the club will open in the fourth quarter of 2025 and brings a new array of culinary excellence, holistic wellness, and curated community experiences to the country.
Spanning four floors of indoor and outdoor spaces, Madison House occupies a 37,000-square-foot property nestled in the foliage of Fort Canning.
At the heart of Madison House is, naturally, its social life. The Members’ Lounge and outdoor terrace offer a seamless flow from day to night, from business meetings and leisurely brunches to evening cocktails overlooking the greenery of Fort Canning. A curated calendar of events — ranging from breakfast clubs and wine tastings to industry talks, live music showcases, and padel or pickleball socials — will keep members connected, inspired, and engaged throughout the year.
Wellness, too, forms a central pillar of the club’s philosophy. Its luxury gym is fitted with advanced Technogym equipment for strength, cardio, and functional training, elegantly set amid marble, stone, and tropical foliage. Members can also participate in boutique studio classes, including Reformer Pilates, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), Total Body Resistance eXercise (TRX), and Barrecore, all led by top-tier instructors. After a workout, private changing rooms equipped with a cold plunge, sauna, and steam facilities offer space for recovery and reflection.
The club’s emphasis on active living extends to communal sports that encourage both recreation and social interaction, with two padel courts, a pickleball court, and two swimming pools lined with plush daybeds.
Enhancing its wellness ecosystem, Madison House has partnered with The Longevity Suite, a European biohacking and anti-ageing clinic network. Its arrival in Madison House marks The Longevity Suite’s first venture into Asia, bringing members access to advanced cryotherapy, science-driven spa treatments that blend Western science with Eastern medicine, and longevity protocols delivered by certified specialists.
“We built this club for those who crave more than exclusivity — they want belonging, enrichment, and the tools to perform at their best,” said Mark Watts, Managing Director of Madison House. “Every detail has been crafted for our members’ evolving lifestyles, from the best restaurants and bars, to restorative treatments and architectural serenity, to rooms designed for both quiet reflection and lively gatherings. In essence, Madison House reimagines the club as a true home for living well and living fully in today’s world.”
Designed to reflect Singapore’s cosmopolitan energy while incorporating Southeast Asian artistry, Madison House blends timeless elegance with regional identity. Founding member registration is now open, with enquiries and private tours available.
