Bangkok's Famous Chef Tim Butler from Eat Me restaurant visited on May 27 & 28

The second edition of Sanpellegrino’s Fine Dining Lovers Dinner Series paired Bangkok restaurant Eat Me’s head chef Tim Butler with LeVeL33 executive chef Jimi Tegerdine for two nights only on May 27 and 28. Held at LeVeL33, chef Butler, whose restaurant Eat Me was ranked 23 in Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2016, presented signatures such as the Miyazaki A5 wagyu beef tataki, coupled with chef Tegerdine’s own dishes like the Iberico pork confit cheek served with LeVeL33’s 33.3 stout jam.
