Sink your teeth into the 10 of the best burger spots in Singapore in 2026
From trendy smashed burgers to hefty steakhouse stacks, these are some of the best burgers in Singapore for slider sleuths to sink their teeth into.

Everyone’s got their own idea of what makes the perfect burger. For some, the best burgers come on a classic potato roll, though other pundits might prefer the rich, flaky crumb of a fresh brioche bun. Others still are divided on the exhaustive list of toppings — or, for that matter, the necessity of them.
Even the right thickness of the patty is up for debate — are burgers better hefty, juicy, and still pink in the centre, like you get at a steakhouse, or smashed wafer-thin on the griddle until crispy and caramelised all around the edges?
There probably isn’t — nor will there ever be — a single right answer for everyone. So instead, read on for a list of the best burgers in Singapore for every kind of burger lover.
Smash Street
The folks behind pasta sensation Scarpetta have followed up on their viral, queue-drawing success with a new concept just down the road.
Meet Smash Street, a newly opened 14-seater serving up classic American smash burgers… and that’s pretty much it, aside from fries and a couple of playful accompaniments like deep-fried chicken poppers and milkshakes laden with cornflakes. Come hungry and prepared for an inevitable wait, unless you’re getting it to go.

Fireplace by Bedrock
Aside from unfussy steaks kissed by a smoky, woodfire grill, Fireplace by Bedrock now serves up gourmet steakhouse burgers anchored on burly patties hewn from a curated blend of Australian wagyu chuck, brisket, short rib, and striploin.
There are up to seven custom flavour stacks available during lunch hours only, ranging from a sweet-spicy one-two punch of grilled pineapple and hot-honey ranch to smoked beef tongue, pork belly jam, apple ketchup, and charred barramundi.

Park Side
Cafe stalwart PS.Cafe lands in the bucolic greenery of the Singapore Botanic Gardens with a family-friendly all-day joint aptly dubbed Park Side. It runs the gamut of convivial brunch fare, with strong Asian influences throughout.
Just look at its burger offerings, which include a nostalgia-tinged slider cradling housemade luncheon meat, an omelette and tamarind tomato jam. There’s also a veggie burger with mango chutney and a classic beef burger, too.

Stags Head Steakhouse
The recently opened Stags Head Steakhouse at the Pan Pacific Singapore hotel is a proper London dining room in both constitution and setting — though there’s more to the joint than just Mayfair cocktails, dry-aged beef, and hefty Yorkshire puds.
We’re talking, of course, about one of the stars on its executive lunch set — a refined open-faced wagyu burger loaded with tomato chutney, onion jam, and red Leicester cheese that you’ll want to break your knife and fork out for.

Bochinche
It’s all about the meat and the elemental power of fire at Bochinche, an Argentinian joint specialising in aged cuts flame-grilled over charcoal and wood to smoky perfection.
But if you find the heart to look beyond the convivial centrepieces and signature steaks dominating the a la carte menu, you’ll discover a perfectly indulgent smashed double cheeseburger given a Bochinche twist with sauerkraut, smoked cheddar, and house sauce.
Excellent if you’re dining alone, or something a little lighter to go with the house repertoire of Argentinian tapas.

One Fattened Calf
One Fattened Calf deserves its place on any list of Singapore’s best burgers simply for its attention to detail — everything, down to baking its fluffy potato buns and grinding its own patties, is done in-house.
Even the takeaway packaging for its burgers and fries was selected after exhaustive experimentation. The result: quality that you can taste in everything that comes out of the kitchen.
If you’re really looking to indulge, shoot for the OFC Butterburger to get, well, a cold slab of butter nestled between your charred onions, a 150g grass-fed beef patty, and housemade pickles.

Meatsmith
Telok Ayer’s Full Metal Smokehouse is a legend when it comes to the American barbecue scene in Singapore, but don’t sleep on Meatsmith’s arsenal of burgers.
The cheeseburger here is everything a cheeseburger should be — a patty (or two) moulded from ground brisket, slices of gooey American cheese, and an in-house secret sauce brought together by a homemade potato bun.
But really, anything works when you’ve got smoked meats as good as this, which is why the restaurant also dishes out a mean pulled pork slider and, of course, a crown jewel of a burger laden with its signature smoked brisket.

BurgerLabo
A list of the best burgers in Singapore wouldn’t be complete without BurgerLabo. After all, it’s only spent about 10 years perfecting the art of the cheeseburger in all of its forms. The headliner here — simply named the “basic burger” — features a blend of grass-fed Aberdeen Angus and Toriyama A4 wagyu sandwiched between buttered brioche buns.
Layers of pickled red onion, beef garum, and a shio kombu mayo add some sweet, tangy, umami-richness to the entire affair. Get it as it was meant to be, or smashed flat for even more all-around char. If you’re not feeling beef, the deep-fried halibut burger is also worth a try.

Black Tap
Everything is bigger in America, and nowhere is that more apparent in Singapore than at the New York City-import Black Tap in The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands.
The burgers here are big, big, and weighty and punchy in a way that’s matched only by the extensive list of flavour combinations available at the restaurant. Burgers come with patties of lamb, chicken, prime, or wagyu beef, and even falafel, with just about as many sauces and toppings to make these proteins zing.
And let’s not even get started on the signature (and majorly calorific) milkshakes.

One Prawn & Co
After making its name in jazzed-up prawn noodles, One Prawn & Co returns to its head chef’s fine-dining roots with an upmarket fusion outfit in the New Bahru lifestyle enclave.
The flavours here lean contemporary Western with Asian kick, and while there are many good things calling for your attention, one of the standouts in its seafood-forward collection is the lunch-only halibut burger.
Expect a shatteringly crisp shell of vodka batter around a hunk of halibut set against the brightness of a yuzu tartare with oozy cheddar and a housemade brioche bun.
