Here’s one for mums who love chocolate — over at Conrad Singapore, the hotel’s Tea Lounge is celebrating a weekend Valrhona chocolate affair with their Art of Chocolate Weekend High Tea. On the menu are savouries and chocolate-forward desserts.
Start with a selection of finger sandwiches and graze on charcuterie and cheese, before tucking into mains such as roasted leg of lamb with thyme, and mole-spiced crusted salmon.
Scones here are served with chocolate jam and clotted cream, served alongside dainty sweet treats like a roasted buckwheat mandola made with a blend of milk chocolate and single-origin 53 per cent dark Hukambi chocolate.
