The popular Christmas Wreath Splendour is a 28-inch showstopper. It showcases a beautiful assembly of pastrami, succulent ham, and a variety of cheeses ranging from mild to boldly flavoured. These are accompanied by an assortment of fruits, and crackers and crostini for textural contrast.

If your guests love seafood, go for the Gifts of the Sea Cold Platter (below, middle). This spread features fresh crayfish, prawns, scallops, black mussels and snapper ceviche, uplifted by Thai green chilli, cocktail sauce and thousand island dressing for a refreshing zing.

Expecting a group of meat lovers? The Lush Grill Medley (below, left) is laden with grilled favourites, including a Holiday Sausage Platter, Classic Roast Grain-Fed Beef Tenderloin, Furikake-crusted Whole Salmon Fillet and Festive Vegetables. The Grandstand Gala buffet features an excellent range of savoury mains; and Ringmaster’s Revelry presents options, such as the new Poached Seafood with Ginger Flower Scented Tomato Broth and Spaghettini with Sarawak Pepper Prawn Bisque Sauce.
