This project garnered the Bronze award for Best Residential Design (Private House), at the IDCS 2020 Design Excellence Awards.

Uniting three generations under one roof has its unique joys and sorrows. The design of such house must take into consideration the needs of the individual family members, so each can have a space for privacy and retreat to keep the peace. Such house must also have great communal spaces and visual connectivity. This 427sqm landed home designed by D’Marvel Scale ticks all the boxes.

The concept of the interior highlights lines as its main design element, resulting in a bright, airy and sleek spaces that makes the most of its multi-level volume while providing ample storage.
