Lau Pa Sat

Nothing hits the spot after the races like the eclectic spread of late-night hawker fare at Lau Pa Sat, Singapore’s most iconic food centre, located just a few minutes’ walk away from the track.

Its paddock of over 80 stalls will remain open for supper across race week, including the not-to-be-missed experience of noshing on sizzling skewers smoked over charcoal at Satay Street — convivial dining at its finest, especially for motorheads itching for grub while discussing the thrills of the race.

By the way, the hawker hotspot offers live screenings on two huge 130-inch screens, just in case you prefer to catch the action with a plate of char kway teow close at hand.

Monti

Monti combines a commanding bayside view and extreme proximity to the F1 racetrack with bona fide Italian grub. Don’t take our word for it — it’s only been operating at Marina Bay for close to a decade, which is almost a lifetime in Singapore-dining-years.

It opens until just shy of midnight daily, making it an ideal spot to cool off with cocktails and mocktails after the race. Come a little earlier if you can to enjoy its Maranello-inspired F1 menu draped in red, featuring dishes like gnocco fritto and “red engine” braised beef.

Cygnet

As a restaurant and bar concept that wears its Manhattan influences on its sleeves, it’s no surprise to see Cygnet taking a leaf from the city that never sleeps as it transforms into the Cygnet Supper Club for race weekend.

From October 8 to 11, it’ll extend its opening hours past midnight to cater to anyone and everyone still buzzing from F1 fever. Unfussy burgers will sit alongside bougie homemade nuggets topped with a cheeky bump of caviar, with special deals for F1 Singapore Grand Prix ticket holders, too.

Consider it a final pit stop on the way home, just a stone’s throw away from the Marina Bay Street Circuit.

Republic

Supper at The Ritz-Carlton Millenia’s Republic looks less like post-race nibbles and a lot more like a full-on trackside feast. For all three days of race weekend (October 9 to 11), the ritzy old-world bar calls back to the excess of the ‘60s with an on-site DJ and free-flowing cocktails, draught beer, vino, and bubbly until late.

Live stations slinging hearty smashed burgers, pizzas, hot dogs, and gelato complete the indulgence — serving, perhaps, as an ideal first pitstop before revellers head off for another lap around town.

Milli Sky Dining, Bar & Lounge

Named for the millennium, the recently opened Milli Sky Dining, Bar & Lounge on the sixth floor of National Gallery Singapore mixes up an awesome view of the city (and Marina Bay street circuit) with a forward-looking expression of Singaporean gastronomy and mixology, courtesy of Singaporean flavour pioneers Han Liguang (also behind Michelin-starred Labyrinth) and Native’s Vijay Mudaliar.

The food and drink here are global in nature, but undeniably locavore, with creations such as chicken rice paella, oyster omelette soufflé, and grilled cod’s head slathered with assam curry beurre blanc.

House cocktails such as the Peranakan Spritz (Hendrick’s, elderflower liqueur, calamansi, coconut, ginger flower distillate, blue pea flower and prosecco) and the Milli (a play on the Singapore sling) come to the forefront especially as evening descends — that’s when the concept takes on the guise of a rooftop bar and lounge, complete with high-energy tunes by in-house spinners until as late as 4am.

Sushisamba

From its commanding perch on the 52nd storey of Capital Tower, Sushisamba’s Singapore outpost dishes out an impressive triumvirate of Japanese, Peruvian and Brazilian bites designed for maximum enjoyment, alongside live samba dancers, DJs, and a percussion crew.

Though its ridiculously stacked Race Weekend brunch is the stuff of legend, those willing to make the short trek down to the Central Business District post-race will be handsomely rewarded with F1-themed cocktails and an accompanying race-inspired maki roll, available until 1am nightly.

Shinya Izakaya

F1 fans who are determined to keep living life in the fast lane until the wee hours of race weekend, this one’s for you. Take a stroll down to Boat Quay for charcoal-kissed kushiyaki, aged sashimi, and all the sake you can drink at Shinya Izakaya.

Last call only comes at 3am every night, leaving you with plenty of time to kick back with spirits and draft beer with a view of the Singapore River.

Lavo

Lavo Coastal Italian Restaurant & Rooftop Bar is a staple lifestyle destination during the F1 season, and for good reason — it knows how to throw a race weekend brunch party. The convivial seafood-focused Italian fare and utterly stunning views of Marina Bay from 57 floors above ground level don’t hurt either.

Come early for what will surely be one of the best bashes during the Singapore F1 Grand Prix 2026, or late for brick oven-baked pizzas and a smooth nightcap to wind down after the races.

Anatolia Restaurant

Singapore never sleeps, and that goes doubly so for the hipster enclave of Kampong Glam (just head up Ophir Road from Gate 1). While plenty of late-night haunts around the neighbourhood are ripe for a post-race snack, Anatolia Restaurant warrants special attention for its wide-ranging spread of Turkish and Lebanese food.

Every section of the halal-certified kitchen operates right up until midnight — good news if you’re looking for a supper heavy on everything from Turkish mezzes to charcoal-grilled adana kebabs, rose-scented baklava, and hearty pides.

Skai Bar

Since opening on the 70th floor of Swissotel The Stamford, Skai has maintained pole position as Singapore’s highest cocktail bar.

But even setting aside the breathtaking view of the city from over 200m above sea level, its inspired cocktail programme and late-night menu of breezy, modern-Asian bites never fail to impress; we’d dare say even the mightiest of post-race hunger pangs will surely fall to their wagyu beef sliders, salt and pepper baby squid, dry-aged sashimi platters, and decadent warm chocolate cake.
