Homegrown French restaurant Odette, which turns 10 this year, remains the sole Singapore flagbearer on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2025 list at No. 25. The closely-watched list was unveiled at a glitzy ceremony at Lingotto Fiere Torino convention centre in Turin, Italy on 19 June.

Japanese-Peruvian restaurant Maido in Peru took the No. 1 spot, climbing four spots from its position last year. This year’s list celebrates a true breadth of incredible gastronomic talent, underscoring the growing global appreciation for diversity, creativity and excellence in hospitality.”
