How architects can influence food plating

Creativity meets food as homegrown companies DP Architects and The Food Explorer Group unveil restaurant Redpan, launched in March. This venture allows restaurateur The Food Explorer Group to develop dishes in tandem with architectural firm DP Architects’ designs, in a menu largely focusing on local delicacies in unique plating styles – such as use of marble, an uncommon material for serving food.
