[dropcap size=small]T[/dropcap]he second edition of Epicurean Journeys comes on the back of last year’s successful sit-down dinners prepared by three internationally-renowed chefs, each hailing from a Luxury Collection hotel in a different country.

The number of participating chefs has swelled to 5 this year, and the offerings have branched out to include two Viennese tea seasions, so there’s bound to be something new even for repeat customers. Even the only returning chef, ITC Hotel’s Manjit Gill, who is respected as one of India’s culinary luminaries, is bringing to the table a line-up of new dishes, with the same focus on slow food and eating for wellness.
