All-day restaurant Alley on 25 will be dishing out a hypnotising three-course Halloween set dinner on 31 October. Open the meal with appetisers that come in three different options – Slow-roasted Dutch veal loin, beetroot-cured ASC certified Norwegian salmon, or a comforting muscat pumpkin chowder with clams, mussels, chorizo and ciabatta crostini.

For mains, choose from a classic beef wellington, Kuhlbarra barramundi ‘en papillote’ with seasonal mushrooms, onion confit, cherry tomatoes, and baby spinach, and squid ink spaghetti doused in a spicy arrabbiata sauce. Finish it off with sweet treats such as pistachio éclairs with raspberry jam disguised as a witch finger, or an indulgent ‘spooky gooey’ chocolate chip cake.
