HK chef Lawrence Mok fires up teppanyaki action at Mikuni

Japanese restaurant Mikuni at Fairmont Singapore will play host to chef Lawrence Mok from I M Teppanyaki and Wine Hong Kong in a two-day teppanyaki special on May 26 and 27. Guests will be able to observe chef Mok’s skill at the grill while feasting on his signatures including the foie gras and fruits with teriyaki sauce and the crispy sweet sea bream with sea urchin cream. Mikuni’s executive chef Moon Kyung Soo’s own dishes will also be featured between grilled courses, such as the Hokkaido snow crab with aomori apple and yuzu jelly.
