Nestled within the Flower Dome at Gardens by the Bay is the Michelin Starred Marguerite, serving creative cuisine in a romantic setting of flowers and waterfront views. On February 14, guests can enjoy a five-course Valentine’s Day menu for both lunch ($148 per pax) and dinner ($328 per pax).

The meal opens with seafood, beginning with butter-poached Western Australian marron, followed by dry-aged Murray cod served with caviar and a light seaweed butter sauce. The main course features Satsuma A4 wagyu beef, paired with a rich sauce enhanced with foie gras, creating a balance between depth and refinement.

For dessert, guests will enjoy Marguerite’s signature “Opera” desert, which was featured on MasterChef Australia last year. This dish is a layered creation of nutty hazelnut and chocolate flavours, topped off with a swirl of Jerusalem artichoke gelato to provide guests a one-of-a-kind sweet treat.

The experience is rounded out with champagne, welcome snacks, artisanal sourdough, and petit fours to enjoy on-site and take home. Guests also receive complimentary buggy transfers and free entry to the Flower Dome, ensuring a luxurious experience beyond the table.

Ichigo Ichie marks Valentine’s Day with a one-night-only artistic collaboration on February 14 2026. Guests are invited to an intimate Seven-course kappo-style dinner ($388 per pax) that brings together Japanese cuisine and live calligraphy.

At the start of the evening, calligraphy artist Showfu uses edible red ink to paint the Chinese Character “愛” (“love”) on a plate, which chef Akane Eno then uses to present the first course. As the meal unfolds, diners experience not only a progression of seasonal dishes but also a performance that transforms food into an artistic medium.

Not only will guests witness an artist at work and get to savour a unique piece of edible art, they will also get to take home a part of the night with them; each guest will receive a hand-calligraphed menu folder as a keepsake.

The dish is followed by a creamy cauliflower soup, with toasted brioche and caviar, while the main course serves up a roast Sakura Chicken with mushrooms, pumpkin mousse, and black truffle sauce.

The Standard, Singapore

At The Standard, Kaya is a reinterpretation of the modern Izakaya, and true to its concept, is presenting a truly unique and special way to celebrate the holiday.

The first is the traditional Valentines’ Day set menu. This three-course meal ($58 per pax) is available for lunch and dinner from February 13 to 15. Following a starter of chicken gyoza, guests can choose between deep-fried Murray cod, or a grilled pork chop for their main, and end with a kinako madeleine — offering a subtly nutty and sweet finish.

The other option is Kaya’s Galentines’ Pajamas party. A one-day event on February 13 happening between 8.30pm and 11.30pm, the restaurant invites guests to arrive in their most stylish pyjamas and enjoy a Y2K-style celebration. Hosted by drag queen JoJo Sam Clair, the event is sure to be a blast of energy, set to a great selection of pop and throwback tunes.

For those who find themselves torn between options, guests can sign up for both events on the 13th, opting for a set dinner before kicking off their (metaphorical) heels and enjoying the party.

Guests who prefer a greater variety of options may enjoy Crossroads Buffet at Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel. A one-day event on February 14 alone, the buffet is open to adults ($120 per adult) and children ($42 per child), presenting families with a way to commemorate the day together.

The buffet presents an international spread with live stations, including a seafood-on-ice selection and a carving station. Guests can savour steamed spiny lobster served with ginger and garlic sauce, as well as stir-fried noodles and a range of other fusion dishes.

To make the day even more special, each couple dining in will receive a complimentary Valentine’s Day cake, a box of handcrafted chocolate pralines, and a red rose.

For those who want to extend their celebration, the Hotel is offering an “Explore Orchard Road” package. Guests can enjoy an overnight stay, breakfast for two and dining credits. Stays until March 31 will even receive a complimentary Sentosa Discovery Choice Pass.
