Halloween in Singapore is a night of sweets, costumes, and increasingly, a celebration of creativity. This October, restaurants across the city are marking the occasion with themed menus and immersive experiences that reinterpret the spirit of the season. From immersive haunting parties to elegant feasts, here where to visit in the spirit of festivities.
1. RISE at Marina Bay Sands
At Marina Bay Sands, RISE ushers in the season by adding spooky embellishments to its renowned buffet. From 31 October to 2 November, the restaurant presents a lineup of Halloween-inspired desserts, from the Haunted Black Forest layered with dark cherry compote, to the Graveyard Chocolate Fondant, and the Spooky Lemon Meringue Tart topped with skull-shaped meringue.
Guests can also expect a selection of breads that pay homage to the season — Squid Ink “Witch Ring” Bagels, Jack-o’-Lantern Brioches glazed with spiced syrup, and playful options for younger guests such as Mini “Finger” Breadsticks and Cinnamon “Bone” Twists. The result is a buffet that balances elegance with Halloween’s signature whimsy.

Over at Sofitel Singapore City Centre, Halloween marks the debut of The Grand Racines Feast — a new monthly dining series celebrating international flavours and culinary artistry. The inaugural edition, Multiverse of Mischief, takes place on 31 October, blending dining and entertainment, with a touch of friendly competition.
The menu features free-flow starters such as fresh oysters and sashimi, followed by highlights including Slow-Braised Oxtail, Wok-Fried Typhoon Shelter Seafood, and Mediterranean Salmon. Signature dishes like Angus Beef Hor Fun and Babi Ponteh also make an appearance, reimagined with a Halloween twist.
More proactive guests will be delighted by interactive stations, such as visiting Angus Beef carcass live carving display, or digging through a haunted graveyard of edible soil for hidden sweets and desserts. For a nominal fee, guests can also craft their own cocktails at a DIY mixology bar. The evening will conclude with a Best Dressed contest, where the most creatively costumed diner will win a one-night luxury stay for two.

Together with immersive storytelling and participatory experiences, guests can also engage in The Oracle Table, a five-minute tarot reading session; adopt costumed roles; and capture gothic-inspired portraits at The Portrait Parlour photo booth.
To accompany the evening, Horatio has crafted an exclusive Halloween cocktail menu inspired by ghostly folklore from around the world. Highlights include Kasper “The Lost Soul”, a gin-based drink nodding to Casper the Friendly Ghost; The Seance Sour, a whisky cocktail dusted with gold in reference to Victorian spiritual rituals; and Midnight Woman “La Llorona”, a Sichuan pepper-infused tequila creation inspired by the Latin American legend of the same name.
The menu also features themed non-alcoholic drinks, such as The Hollow Pumpkin, featuring non-alcoholic rum, pumpkin, mango, and coconut milk; and the Blood Moon Offering, with non-alcoholic tequila, watermelon, strawberry, and calamansi flavours.
